At Hydra Cup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us for return authorization.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@hydracup.com.

For defective or damaged products, we will provide a replacement, and you do not need to mail the original item back, unless specifically requested by our support team.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty

All Hydra Cup products include a 90-day limited warranty.

If a product develops a defect or fails under normal use within 90 days of purchase, we will provide a replacement.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please complete an eligible return and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
