5. Shipping

Orders of $35 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders under $35 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee displayed during checkout.

Orders are fulfilled through trusted fulfillment partners, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, although delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may request eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Defective or damaged products qualify for a replacement in accordance with our Return Policy.

All Hydra Cup products include a 90-day limited warranty.

Products that fail due to manufacturing defects or normal intended use within the warranty period may qualify for a replacement.
