Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $35 or more.

  • Orders under $35 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time

Most orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Unexpected delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Hydra Cup is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact our support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you in resolving the matter.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hydracup.com and include your order number along with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement when appropriate.

International Shipping

At this time, shipping availability may vary by destination.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by your local government are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
